As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service and smiles to our customers while efficiently managing routes throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Wentzville area
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructions
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to management
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectations
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to maintain a clean driving record
• Organize and manage delivery schedules flexibly, adapting to business demands and seasonal fluctuations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate using GPS and mapping applications
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
• Clean driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team members
