We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Peoria, United States. Based at our facility located at 3320 N. Prospect Rd. #B, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety. • Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locations
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and package documentation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance
• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization to reflect company standards
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
• Knowledge of vehicle safety compliance and maintenance requirements
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and evenings
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks
• Preferred: Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving certification
• Preferred: Previous experience with delivery route optimization
• Preferred: Familiarity with package tracking and delivery management systems
