This full-time Medical Director opportunity combines clinical practice with the chance to influence Plum Creek’s next chapter. You will work alongside an experienced veterinary team in a compassion-driven environment that values medical autonomy.
As Medical Director, you will:
• Lead our established practice while working alongside the clinical team.
• Practice general veterinary medicine and surgery.
• Help guide the vision for our future clinical environment through involvement in the upcoming hospital remodel.
• Experience variety through our hospital and nearby outpatient clinic.

We’re Looking For
• A full-time veterinarian for our Medical Director position.
• A compassionate team player and strong communicator.
• Proficiency in general medicine and surgery.

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
• Active Veterinary State License
• USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
Salary Range can vary from $100,000 to $200,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
