岗位职责
• 严格按照计划实施生产，提高工作效率。
• 对在线质量进行检查和控制, 对异常状况及时汇报并协调解决。
• 严格执行岗位个人防护品(PPE)的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。
• 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作。
• 愿意接受数控设备操作、加工工艺、质量控制、安全规范和现场改善等系统培训。
• 接受三班倒安排。
二、技能要求
• 大专及以上学历，专业方向：人工智能、物联网（IIoT）、工业自动化、PLC、电气控制、机电一体化、数控技术，AI等；
• 具备一定的专业基础、学习能力、动手能力、逻辑分析能力和长期发展潜力。
• 具备基础的机械、电气或自动化知识；了解PLC、传感器、工业网络、设备数据采集、智能制造等相关知识者优先。
• 具备良好的安全意识、质量意识、责任心、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够遵守标准作业及公司各项规章制度。
• 能够读懂简单程序或工程图纸者优先。
