• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for BDR and MDR roles, developing career paths toward Account Executive and leadership positions

• Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to refine prospecting cadences, messaging, lead routing SLAs, and qualification criteria

• Build and maintain BDR/MDR dashboards in Salesforce to monitor activity metrics, dials, connects, conversion rates, and quota attainment

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors of Sales to ensure meeting quality, smooth lead handoffs, and feedback loops on lead conversion

• Maintain strong metrics discipline, holding reps accountable to activity quotas, sequence discipline, and high CRM data hygiene

• Contribute to compensation plan design, SPIFFs, and contests that reward target behaviors and drive pipeline results

What You'll Bring:

• A minimum of five (5) years of sales development or sales experience, including at least two (2) years directly managing a BDR, MDR, or SDR team

• Strong SDR / BDR background (must have carried a bag as an SDR/BDR or directly managed SDR/BDR teams)
