Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, used by 15% of the Fortune 500 including Comcast, Estée Lauder, and Walmart, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. It is where marketing teams do the work: research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, all in one place, alongside agents that carry the load with them.
Built on 2B+ real user prompts and growing, Profound’s data shows you what people ask AI and what the models say back. Profound's AI Marketer joins that data with deep context about our customers to find the opportunities worth acting on, and then puts agents to work: automating reporting, drafting content, auditing pages for readability, running competitive research. It measures what works and gets better every day.
As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will help turn Profound’s partner relationships into customer opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Your initial focus will be AWS, owning day-to-day execution across co-selling, seller relationships, partner programs, and joint activities.
Reporting to Strategic Partnerships, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM Engineering to move partner initiatives forward. As the team grows, you may take on additional partner relationships and projects across Profound’s broader partnerships portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day AWS partnership execution: Build seller relationships, map shared accounts, manage co-sell opportunities, and coordinate funding and marketplace programs to help account teams win deals.
- Equip teams to sell together: Develop partner briefs, sales materials, and training sessions that help Profound sellers and partners identify opportunities and explain the value of working together.
- Turn joint activities into pipeline: Coordinate partner events and campaigns with Sales and Marketing, from target account selection and meeting coordination through lead routing and follow-up.
- Help develop new partnerships: Research and assess potential partners, support outreach and early conversations, and coordinate defined projects across new and existing relationships.
- Track results and improve execution: Monitor partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue; surface opportunities and blockers; and improve the systems and playbooks that support the team.
Who you are
- You have 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market role. Familiarity with AWS or cloud marketplaces is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple relationships, opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable taking ownership, working through ambiguity, and following through until work is complete.
- A clear communicator who can write thoughtful outreach, build partner relationships, and keep internal teams aligned.
- Commercially curious, with an interest in how partnerships help companies reach new customers, win deals, and build better products.
- Collaborative and quick to learn new systems and partner programs, including Salesforce and AWS’s partner tools.
- Motivated to grow into greater ownership of partner relationships and initiatives as the team scales.
