We are seeking a dependable and organized Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation, organization, and breakdown of promotional events. Responsibilities
• Assist with setting up event spaces, promotional displays, signage, tables, and branded materials.
• Prepare and organize supplies and equipment before each event.
• Help ensure event areas are clean, organized, and ready for attendees.
• Support team members with event activities and promotional materials.
• Assist with packing, transporting, and storing event supplies after activities conclude.
• Follow setup instructions and event schedules to help ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with team members to address setup needs and resolve logistical issues.
