Required Qualifications
• 5–6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong experience with:SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x or laterSailPoint workflowsRulesPluginsLifecycle eventsProvisioningApprovalsAccess requestsIdentity lifecycle managementAccess governance
• Strong proficiency in:JavaBeanShellXMLSailPoint IdentityIQ APIs
• Experience with SailPoint auditing and audit data.
• Experience developing custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting SailPoint integrations and production issues.
• Experience with Git and SSB-based development/deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience working in financial services, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated/large enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
